Really confused with other negative reviews.

After some issues with shipping I finally received my rug. Not sure why so many reviews say that it sheds really bad,it really doesn’t if you know how to take care of it . Right after receiving it I vacuumed it with an upholstery brush attachment that came with my vacuum, it did collect a lot of wool off the top but that’s it! No wool fibers flying around like stated in other reviews. Great rug for the price, it is not gray however, it’s more of black/cream color, which I actually don’t mind. D...

Sheds so bad! But beautiful!

This rug is gorgeous but the fibers shed horribly! It looks like white and black hair on your clothes. I’m having to replace it because I have a crawling baby and I can’t stand it sticking to my clothes and having clumps to clean up.

Lovely rug, good quality, great price. Was looking for the beige version, but glad I went with this one. As noted in other reviews, it's definitely more black than gray.

Perfect for our Breakfast Nook

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went back and forth about purchasing this rug without being able to see it in person. I went ahead and purchased and I'm so glad I did. This rug worked perfect in our farmhouse style breakfast nook. It's light enough to keep the room open and light but has enough black tones to tie in my black chairs. You wont be disappointed in this rug!!

Disappointed

I’m disappointed with this purchase. It’s a beautiful rug but when I opened it up, it had a strong musty odor that stunk up my whole house. I bought a large box of baking soda and sprinkled it over to try to get the smell out. It worked a little. But the odor is still there. As I vacuumed it, for the first time, it pulled the white decorative balls apart.

Neutral and stylish

Great neutral colors that still stands out with style . It has “shed” a little bit, maybe from the jute fibers but hopefully after a few vacuums, it will get better.

I bought this rug at the beginning of March after deciding I wanted a more high-end look in our new home, more than the seafoam shag trellis rug I had to begin with. I bought this rug in the 13’ x 15’, as well as the 6’ runner, the area rug being for the large living-room and the runner for the kitchen.
