after waiting 4-6 weeks for the carpet it finally arrived after unrolling it and putting heavy books on the corners the middle of the rug remained lumpy never was able to flatten it out so back it went for a refund. I sent photos to the company and they agreed to have it sent back.. waiting for credit to my charge card

Great rug for the price
It's a good rug and definitely needed a thicker pad to feel good under foot. I was shocked that it arrived folded up instead of rolled. It has relaxed quickly and should do just fine in the long run.

Beautiful rug, but poor quality
This rug is beautiful and matches a lot of decor, but the quality is poor and the edges fray significantly after minimal vacuuming. This sits across another rug in the same room (so there is the same foot traffic, same vacuum schedule, etc.) - but after a few months of use all of the edge is frayed and the threading at the corners is completely gone.
