Would RecommendLove the rug, design, color and the quality but the way it was folded (9x12) and not rolled has caused major creasing that doesn't seem to be going away. I can’t get it to lay flat even though I’ve got a fire pit and furniture on it. I’m sure shipping was cheaper folded but now I’m paying a different price. Please don’t fold, just roll.

Purchased this for our lanai in Florida. The rug is great looking and really nice quality, it just wasn't the right size for our space. FYI, when unpacked it had a very strong chemical smell. It wasn't a problem as we put it outside but it would definitely need to air out if you were putting it indoors. Sorry to return it, it's a beautiful rug.

Very pretty but it is NOT a true outdoor rug even on a screened in patio. I didn't have it even for a year before a few small rain events ruined it. The company however gave me a generous refund for the rug after I sent them the pics of the damage to purchase another one on their site.
