Looks great on paper

Received this product and thought I was getting a nice cushy rug. Not even close. You can see where it is put together and the thickness guide is so false. Not sure if I just got a lemon but beware before purchasing. They also charge you an arm and a leg to return.

Not cushy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is advertised as being thick and comfy. However, it is not. It IS soft, but we ended up having to buy a rug pad for it bc it's not thick AT ALL. It also sheds a lot. I'm constantly finding pieces of the rug around the house. I would not recommend it, especially because it was NOT cheap.

Nice little rug beside my bed

Shedding pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is very pretty and soft. I’m very happy with it. Color is as advertised. Greys and cream colors.

Not what I expected

This rug was thing and not soft at all. It looked like pieces of yarn looped together. I wanted a thick carpet that felt soft and that you would want to spend time on in a living room. This wasn’t like that at all. I also felt like the stitching of the shag pieces were spaced apart.

Beautiful rug and so soft, but oh my word the shedding!! Unfortunately can’t rate it well.
