Love this rug! It’s thick and comfy to walk on. The price point was great and quality is five star in my opinion. I bought the runner for our kitchen. It is very easy to clean for the occasional spill and the pattern makes it easier to hide spots for typical kitchen activity wear and tear.

Pretty foyer rug

Ripped, loops coming out, wet
Arrived with ripped packaging and wet. Was left outside my garage door in the rain with ripped packaging and was soaked. Had a horrible smell when opened and tried to dry it in my garage but it took days, was still damp and smelled horribly. Also, was discolored in the middle from being soaked and the loops were coming out in some places. Was told I could return, which means I need to find somehow to package the rug, a car big enough to transport it and someone to help me lift it in and out of t...

Excellent colors
This rug is the exact colors I expected--dark grey, light grey, ivory, and blue. The cool blue is such a nice addition to this pattern. Although it's soft, it's thin and I prefer it with a thick rug pad on hardwood floors.

Simply Sophisticated

We use this in the dining room with reclaimed wood furniture and it just makes the entire room look sophisticated and well put together. I would highly recommend.

Color not as expected

Loving it! It’s hard to know the color from the listing, so FYI it’s beige with deep navy, slate bue-grey and grey accent tones. It’s soft (enough, ~6.5/10)) and cushy to walk on. This boho-chic tassel rug brightens up the room and also camouflages black & white cat hair!

Be warned - this rug is blue in real life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is BLUE. It's NOT black with shades of gray. Very disappointing and I had to return it. It was huge and seemed to be well made and substantial though. I initially had an issue with my return but customer service was ultimately able to resolve the problem.
