What Customers Are Saying
The shag rug is generally well-received, with many customers praising its softness, color, and style. However, some found it to be thinner and less plush than expected, and a few were disappointed by the quality, shedding, or lack of cushioning. The rug appears to be a good budget-friendly option, though it may not meet the expectations of those seeking a very thick, high-end shag rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone who has commitment issues, I mean it when I say I've been searching for a perfect rug for YEARS! When I first unrolled the rug in my living room, I was a bit skeptical. One step on the softest shag I've ever felt and I was in love. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Disappointing quality. Buyer beware.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. At the price point of this rug I expected it to have many more threads per square inch. And some of the tassels are sewn together and not separate. I purchased these rugs for a guest room , so they won't be used often but it has certainly made me think twice about getting rugs for other areas I need like my foyer and master bedroom.

Good rug. Soft. Would buy again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great color. fast shipping. quality is a little cheap (rug is stiff and very light) but for livening up a small room, it's great.

Love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great rug for the price. Yes, it’s a little thin, but once paired with a 1/2 inch rug pad it’s pretty perfect. There was a slight odor when I unpacked it so I let it air out for a day in another room before placement with no issue since. I love how it looks, how soft it feels, and the tassels really take it to the next level. Definitely recommend!

It’s ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok, I thought it would be much fuller and squishier but it’s super thin and not very full. But it’s just ok.

Not bad...not amazing
The rug was much less plush than it appeared on the website. Glad it is under a table and not in my living room. The color is rich and very close to the website depiction.

Pretty shag rug.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty white shaggy rug. Perfect for my bedroom. Not as thick as I expected and there is no fringe on the round size (which is fine with me.) I'm happy with it. It is very soft.

Faux Shag
This has been out for a week now. It looks shag from the top, but it’s shag pieces pulled through a huge bottom. Baby hands and dog nails easily unloop/pull out the pieces. It did lay out and flatten easily. It’s lightweight for the size. I am worried about how this rug will hold up

Good rug - have not laid out yet but seems true to website
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large and soft - seems true to website description

Blue Shag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful blue color, looks to be well made. The tassels on the end are very secure and add a nice touch

Just ok.
While the rug is very soft, it is fairly thin. The fibers easily part to reveal the base or get mashed by traffic after a very short amount of time.

Shag rug- very low quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very thin and flimsy. From all the other reviews I was expecting some thing with a little more cushioning. But for not. Sending it back is too much trouble!

Cute rug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this rug for my girls' room. The pink is adorable and is great with their decor. It seems like good quality.
