I do not recommend these washable rugs. I purchased and area rug and an entry rug that were washable and the problems I have found is that the texture of these rugs are so velvet-like that all fibers and debris cling to the rug, making it impossible to vacuum them off of the rug. Even after washing per directions it comes out still with debris clinging to the rugs. Extremely unhappy I purchased and area rug that is unable to be vacuumed clean. Kitchen rug
I have bought 5 of these rugs and I just love them, 3 are in the kitchen. The colors are perfect and they show no dirt. Easy to vacuum or even just sweep. Spills can easily be cleaned. I have not washed yet, but I have no doubt they wash very well and hold up. Yes, I do use a rug pad since they did slip a little on my tile floor.

Poor under pad quality.
Love the rug itself but the mandatory under pad was too big and needed to be cut as it was showing on all sides. Wouldn't purchase again from this company.

Easy Peasy & Oh So Comfy
This rug was so easy to lay out and "conform" to my kitchen floor. No wrinkles, humps, or rolls. When arriving I immediately unfolded my washable rug and laid it over a non slip rug pad for safety. I'm using it in my kitchen where I prepare food, wash dishes and do other kitchen prep work hence the need for washable. I haven't washed it yet but I have a large washing machine so I don't foresee any problem when it needs to be cleaned. Thanks, Rugs USA, for a great product.

Overall we like it.
I love the way this rug looks in our living room. It's low enough for our Roomba to go over it easily, but it does get stuck (the rug rolls up) on occasion so I may need to tape it down. The rug material is going to take some getting used to, though. It is scratchy and makes weird noises when walking on it barefoot.
