I gave the rug 4 stars only because I haven’t had to wash it yet. It arrived promptly. Was thinner than I thought it would be (very thin)…I think I’ll put a pad underneath. I got it for the bathroom…had searched all over for a washable rug that didn’t look like a bathroom rug! Adds a little pizazz to the room! Satisfied with my purchase and the price was right.

Very disappointed
I was so happy when I received this rug. It has a beautiful color and pattern. Unfortunately after placing in my kitchen as a runner the edges started fraying after 2 weeks and the threads were pulling throughout the rug. I have never had this happen with a rug before.

Colors and softness
Love the colors and softness of this rug. I waited for two months for it to arrive but so worth it. Also purchased the runner afterwards. The colors are warm grays, taupe and off white. Good customer service too.

Poor quality
We have had this rug for about 3 months now. It Is a beautiful rug but the quality is not there. The look is supposed to be like that of a beautiful worn rug but once you start walking on it the color of the design is almost pushed to the side and the beige underside comes through. And it just kind of makes it look dirty. The edges are not like a typical rug so they lift a lot and cause us to almost trip quite often.
