Soft and fluffy
This rug is the most soft, fluffiest rug. I didn’t expect it to feel so wonderful! I purchased it for in front of my French door, but I wish I had purchased a bigger one for my living room because it feels so wonderful under foot!! I love how soft it is!!

It was very easy to work the end kinks out, we used the rug TIPS that was included with the rug, very helpful. The rug is just as soft and thick as I hoped it to be. The color is a tiny bit lighter (more gray than back) than I expected, but still very pretty. I can definitely see myself ordering more rugs from this website

Great rug
Great area rug! I got a pad and was not necessary. It’s thick enough that it’s plush but not shaggy. It’s really cool in person and it doesn’t shed. Very happy with it.

I knew this rug was cheap, but I don't spend much on rugs in general since I change them out every couple years. Never had issues in the past, until this one. I bought the runner for my hall. While I love the pattern, the rug is super thin with a hard backing. After a year, it stull refuses to lay flat, and in fact, there remains a deep crease in the middle from where it was poorly folded for shipping.
