Soft rug
Very soft and does not shed. I do think it’s going to be more difficult to clean as time goes one. We’ve had it for two weeks and so far it has held up well with our dog.

Love Love Love!! It's perfect!
Much more beautiful in-person. It's perfect for my living room and goes great with our new couch! I love cream and black together. Just goes with so many great colors and warms up the room.

Not Good For Medium-Traffic
I bought this rug three years ago. The design is great, the rug is soft and thick. However, from normal walking on the rug (in our master bedroom), the plush shag pile is now trampled and matted down. Vacuuming does not revive the rug. I don't have a steam cleaner -- so perhaps that would help(?), but I'm pretty bummed that I'm already looking to replace it only 3 years later. I would not recommend this rug.

Not My Favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was recommended to me by a good friend. The quality was not as great as other rugs I have ordered from this company. I have to say, I loved the pattern and style, but it was really thin and flimsy. Quite the disappointment. I love this company though. Everything is expedited so quickly and you always receive your purchase on or before the scheduled delivery date.
