I purchased the round rug. The rug I received was damp even though it was completely packaged in plastic. It looked old and used and smelled awful. It was also so stretched that it won’t lay flat. The center is very bubbled and unusable. I will return ASAP. Extremely disappointed. It was nothing as described.

They really gave it the coastal farmhouse look we were shooting for throughout our home. We had a little trouble with our first order but what you should know is this company quickly made it right!!! Top notch customer service!!! We will definitely use them in the future!

AWFUL - Falls Apart
I’ve owned this rug since June 2020 and it has completely fallen/torn apart. There are no high traffic areas, no kids or dogs. I paid a lot for this carpet (well over $400) in hopes it would last MANY years but 1.5 years later it’s completely destroyed and I have to throw it out. Rug ripped in several different places and shedded.

Nice rug, smells for a few days, goes from chemical smell to urine smell then disappears. Is relatively soft, nice colours.

Absolutely love the look and feel of this rug!! I got a huge one to go under our dining table and it’s easily the best rug in the house. Only had it a few weeks but so far so good. It does move around easily when you walk on it but you can get a rug pad probably to keep it in place. Overall extremely satisfied and would definitely buy again.

Looks fabulous - feels great. I thought jute rugs can be rough and this one is not. There will probably be places where the stitching may come loose if there's a lot of traffic. But, I won't worry about it until then. There is some discoloration in places but it is a natural fiber and to be expected.
