Terrible rug!
I purchased the round rug. The rug I received was damp even though it was completely packaged in plastic. It looked old and used and smelled awful. It was also so stretched that it won’t lay flat. The center is very bubbled and unusable. I will return ASAP. Extremely disappointed. It was nothing as described.

They really gave it the coastal farmhouse look we were shooting for throughout our home. We had a little trouble with our first order but what you should know is this company quickly made it right!!! Looks fabulous - feels great. I thought jute rugs can be rough and this one is not. There will probably be places where the stitching may come loose if there's a lot of traffic. But, I won't worry about it until then. There is some discoloration in places but it is a natural fiber and to be expected.

It did not have any kind of odor and considering it's a fiber rug without a stiff backing it has an even shape - its not wider in some areas making it look lopsided. It looks very symmetrical laying on my hard wood floors. It came packaged and rolled nicely, the corners do not flip up. I've had rugs that even after a year, the corners did not lay flat, grrr!
