Nice soft outdoor rug

Very soft and seems to be solidly made, we got a pad to go under as well but it was decently thick, colors are pretty close to image, it has 2 colored threads that are subtle but aren’t as obvious on the website pictures

Bad purchase because it’s not like picture - there is a brown to the carpet and it’s very thick you cannot have furniture on top

What I received looks nothing like picture - colors and design are different

Great rugs

Loved these rugs so much - bought them AGAIN!

This is the 3rd time that I have bought these rugs - very durable and easy to keep clean. We have 3 dogs and easy to vacuum off the hair and dirt. Highly recommend

Quality rug, arrived quickly

This rug is perfect for our second story hallway. The muted tan/ivory color works beautifully in our 1852 farmhouse..The quality is great: what I’ve come to expect from RugsUSA.. We purchased a felt pad, too, which Provides extra cushion. .

Switched Colors!

I wanted something natural looking so I ordered the tan, but it didn’t look like jute to me, it had a reddish colour in it. I exchanged for ivory and I love it, nice and neutral.

Beautiful but so many flaws!

Arrived on time but not well protected. Thankfully, the final layer of plastic covering wasn’t open, though the other layers all were. Upon unwrapping, there are manufacturing flaws all over both sides of this rug. It has snags, runs, and misbraidings everywhere. It would be so beautiful if it had been well made but is now a complete waste of money for me, as I wasn’t able to open it until after the 30-day return window due to remodeling delays at my house.

Imperfect, doesn’t lie flat, but nice color

The good: shipped fast and packed well; color is nice; has a softish feel even though it’s a flat braided rug. It’s pleasant to step on. The bad: the quality is not great. The stitching is very visible and there are lots of loose or Mis-stitched threads, and the rug is thinner and floppier than the pictures suggest. It doesn’t lie flat, there are waves or bumps in the rug because the material is thinner and the stitches looser than needed to weight the rug down/have it fall flat onto the floor. ...

I ordered two of the same size width runners but they are different widths

4 damaged rugs - horrible quality

I bought 8 12x18 rugs for our school classrooms, and we've opened 4 and all 4 are damaged with huge rips in the seams. They seem flimsy and weak, and are clearly a completely faulty product that should not be for sale. I'm assuming the other 4 are the same or will rip immediatley upon use. I would expect an indoor/outdoor rug to be durable.
