Poor Quality. Not Truly Indoor/Outdoor. Inconsistent Care Instructions!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I appreciate the website's program that allows shoppers the opportunity to visualize their selected rugs in their own room, I am disappointed in this rug. The craftsmanship is POOR. This rug arrived with end yarns that were sticking up in three different locations, suggesting the manufacturer did not bother to blend the two ends of a run of yarns in at least three different places. Who knows how many more ends are going to pop up under...

Entry way rug

Does NOT last and falls apart

After having this for only a year, and placing it outdoors in an area where there was no foot traffic at all. (I planned to set up furniture there, but didn't get around to it). Once I finally was going to move it, it fell apart completely and the thin strands that hold the rope portion of the rug just completely disintegrated. The pictures are just from me picking up a corner, and movement at all, and the strands just come loose. This was a disaster.
