Lovely color, terrible quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this rug in December of 2024. I love the color but the quality is terrible. I wish I had heeded the other reviews saying this! Wool rugs shed, yes, but this is different. The threads come very easily and they get everywhere. Also this one section just shrank? No idea why this happened but overall would not buy this rug again and recommend that you do not either.

Impressed...now here’s the facts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. All rugs are NEVER TRUE to size. A 12x15 rug is really 11’6”x14.5”. You should plan for that accordingly. 2. The rug comes folded up, not rolled up. Expect longer times for the rug to flatten because of the way it’s shipped. 3. The quality is definitely better than I expected. If you look on Nulooms direct website, you will see that these rugs are more than 50% off retail! A huge plus. 4. Other reviews mention the shedding. Yes. It does shed...

Regretful purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shouldve called to return both. Area rugs are not cut straight, the edges look wavy in most areas while also descending in some areas. They look awful. On top of that they shed a lot. Both rugs have snagged leaving straight lines from where the strings were pulled.

Nice rug but sizes are incorrect

A very nice rug BUT these sizes listed are incorrect. They are all smaller by 4 inches. The 9x12 is actually 8.6 x 11.6. That actual size is also listed on the rug’s tag.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color of the rug is great and fits my space well but unfortunately that’s where my list of positives ends. The quality is not quite what I expected based on photos. It looks cheaper in person, which I could get past, but sheds fibers extremely easily. My new favorite rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this rug is amazing. It is so soft and feels great underfoot. I bought on sale which made it even better. It does slip quite a bit so I’d recommend a rug pad to hold in place. So far it has not really shed at all for us. My white dog lays on it constantly and it hasn’t shown any of her fur. Rich and soft

do not get if you have cats that scratch!!!

this rug is so gorgeous, but unfortunately does not work in a house with multiple cats that scratch. i have multiple other rugs that the cats scratch, but this one has gotten absolutely ruined by them :( i’m so sad bc it’s gorgeous but just not strong enough to withstand my demons
