Great rug, great customer service
The rug is slightly more oval shaped than it is round, but it’s very soft and I don’t mind the shape at all. The first rug I got had discoloration on it, RugsUSA replaced it immediately and the return was a breeze!

Has discoloration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t open it right away because I was still working on my nursery. The rug came with some stains/discoloration. Tried to get the stains out so I could avoid the hassle of returning it but they are still there. Overall the rug is exactly what I wanted minus the stains.

Strange yellow/brown lines appeared after washing
Did anyone have an issue after washing for the first time? Mine came out of the wash with this strange yellow pattern with straight lines. I followed the directions. Cold water, Delicate cycle, hang dry.

Nice rug, but cut uneven
Love the rug, nice and thin, so looks good in a carpeted room. Only issue is it was cut incorrectly and is uneven and in an oval shape. The letters are still in a circle shape, but the rug is in an oval, causing it to be uneven

I received a misprint?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The alphabet came printed very off center and there were 2 O’s instead of a Q. The ivory also just looks a little dirty, not clean like in the picture. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful, I got a full refund. Probably just a fluke.
