Just got this rug today for our play room. I’ve been looking for a soft, neutral rug that wouldn’t shed a lot. I have cotton rugs in the kids rooms and they have 1 or 2 pulls but still look really pretty. This has pulls out of the gate and an uneven finished edge. However, I really like the look and how soft it is. Purchased the 9x12 and currently have a 7x10 rug pad under it, which I’m sure we’ll have to change to keep the kids from slipping. Perfect substitute for Jute
Perfect substitute for a jute rug, especially for layering. No shedding or dirt like jute, but similar look. Soft, perfect color. Warm natural, not too yellow. Looks like a natural fiber. I’m so happy with this and may never buy jute again. I have it anchored under furniture and over a carpet pad. I also layered a vintage rug over the top.
