Great rug, a little iffy on shipping

Really beautiful rug! Takes a while to lay flat, but definitely really love it. I ordered another rug, but haven't yet recieved tracking or an expected ship date, so I am leaving 4 stars.

Beautiful rug

Beautiful rug. The black and white pattern flows well with our neutral home. The black isn’t as dark as pictured and more grays are flowing through. It’s thinner than expected even when paired with the premium rug pad. We’ve placed some books to flatten out which one side has in about 24 hours. Would recommend!

Meh

Much thinner than expected, felt cheap...which I guess it was price-wise?

Perfect rug for our coastal home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is just what we’re looking for. It only took a few days for it to flatten out from being rolled. It is sized exactly at stated. The colors are beautiful and look great in our coastal living room.

Happy but wish they would have told me ahead of ordering

I finally found a rug!!!

I love my new rug! It looks just like the picture and being able to upload a picture of my living room virtually made it so much easier for me to get a visual and the correct measurements! Love love love it!!!

Not very impressed

Quality lacking

I found the quality poor. While the colors were pretty & vibrant, the rug looked cheap. It did not look good with my other rug in my open floor plan. The difference in materials & workmanship was obvious when both rugs were in the same line of sight. It’s going back.

Poor Quality

Very cheaply made. For the amount of money I paid for 2 rugs, the quality is very poor. They are very thin. The description says the rug is 1/2 inch it is actually less than 1/4 inch, with practically no pile height. I couldn't get them to lay flat even after laying them right side down for 5 days. They look stunning on the website but the pictures are very deceptive.

Pretty rug however....

I have long hesitated buying a rug online...but decided thisnrug would look amazing in my living room. I putchased along with their "premium" rug pad. Thats another review. I received the 9x12 rug, and it comes Folded. I moved my furniture and placed the rug...gave it 2 weeks to relax and get rid of wrinlrs and fold marks. I out heavy objects on it as advised by the company. So disappointed...there are Waves in the entire rug that would not relax out. Sent it back. It was pretty though.

Doesn't Match Well With Furniture

When I first looked at the rug, it seemed like a cool design. However, the various colors/shades on the rug make it difficult to match furniture, and make the room look mismatched and odd. Utility wise, it's not great and difficult to incorporate into a room to make a room look nice. Also, when we received the rug, it had a very strong smell to it.
