The rug 10 x 14 rug came folded and after 29 days we could not get some big wrinkles to come out. Followed instructions to unwrinkle but the rug is unusable - it won’t lay flat.

I like it. Good quality, but the lighter half of this rug is blueish gray and a lighter shade of blueish gray. Why blue? Disappointed but not going to go through the trouble of returning a giant rug. Oh well...

Will definitely be ordering another rug. This was my first time and everything went well. The product is as described, a bit lighter than I thought it looked on the computer. Beautiful! It comes folded so I actually rolled it to get it arranged properly on the rug mat that I had also purchased. Low pile and soft.

Stain resistant and beautiful
The pattern is absolutely beautiful and fits in our living room so well. As a surprising bonus, it also seems to be stain-resistant! It magically doesn't soak up liquid or something! We were dogsitting a puppy and she peed on our rug 3 times and we just wiped it right up. It was the strangest thing! We do wish it was thicker but otherwise, we love it.
