We like it.
Overall we like this rug. It's a little grayer than expected. Def much grayer than photo shows. But it looks nice in our living room and flattened out fairly easily. Had somewhat of a 'mildew' smell but I read this could be normal. Customer service was excellent.

Difficulty getting it to lay flat.
The colors of this rug are true to the picture. My biggest reason for giving it three stars is that the folds will not get out of it from the packaging. It doesn't lay flat. Definitely needs a pad underneath it.

Color not as expected
The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is the coloring. The navy looks black in our home lighting which is such a disappointment. However, the rug itself is a nice bold pattern to bring together a room!
