Soft but hard to keep from wrinkling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this runner to use on a stretch of carpeting that sees a lot of traffic but I seems to wrinkle up all the time and I'm constantly straightening out the wrinkles. I do like how soft the rugs is though.

Misleading Colour Description

This rug is not beige, it's light grey. I trusted the description more than my computer screen. And they don't take returns from Canada. Very disappointing.

Pros: Very Soft (almost a little slippery), Cream color is better than it shows in the online pictures Cons: I ordered an 8x10 for a modern neutral living room. Washable!

I love the fact that I can wash these rugs! I wish they could be bigger, but that would be impossible without breaking the washing machine.

Unable to clean

At first I loved this rug. It looks and feels great but you cannot clean this rug at all. I have tried all vacuum attachments. Complete disappointment.

Best Rug (I've bought 3)

This rug is the best rug I have ever bought. I started with 1 because I have never ordered from Rugs USA before. The rug completes a room and is a pretty color. I liked the first one so much I ordered one for the living room and guest rooms in our house.

Pretty, soft, not washable in large sizes

The rug is very nice, soft, pretty. The color did not match the catalog at all. I ordered beige and got "mink" which is a silvery grey. It won't go with the furniture in the room I ordered it for, but it looked nice in a different room. The sad part is that the very day I put it down, it got stained and needed to be cleaned.
