Poor quality

I am very disappointed about this rug purchase. Much thinner than expected. Also after two weeks won't lay flat. The bumps and waves from shipping have not laid out and have no sign of flattening without having to purchase additional adhesives. One corner will not stop rolling up. I am so disappointed. I would like to return but due to the size and no response from Rugs USA I am keeping it for it. What a waste. Color and pattern are fine, but I cannot get past the waves, it looks awful.

Perfect for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 2x3 rug some time back for my entry. It was the perfect level of coloring, multi-colored that are slightly muted and not too bold. It's a good thickness and has lasted very well. I just ordered it again as a replacement since the corners are not laying flat and obstruct the door opening. The rug itself is still in good shape and I've had it for at least 4 years at the entryway.

Very poor quality, uneven, cheap-looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very poor quality item, it’s so thin and light that it hasn’t flatten in over two weeks even though I put several heavy items on it. The worst part is the uneven stitching at both ends. It’s hard to tell from the pics but the ends of the rug are not straight which makes it look even cheaper. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a simple mat for under a bed which is the only reason I’m keeping it.

Area rugs

The area rugs are a good size and look. The material isn't as soft as I would have liked.

Moroccan rug

Cardboard caroet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet is flimsy and almost like cardboard. It’s still has bumps and lumps in it from being rolled up. I just gave a donation to Wayfair, because I don’t feel like sending it back, but do. NOT get this carpet if you are looking for softness, depth, and comfort.

Cute rug for home office

It's cute rug with just enough pop of color to make my home office a bit more cheerful with happy vibes. One star off for the thickness as it is a bit thin, and I put a rug pad under to prevent slipping.

Misshaped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, two sides of my 4x4 square rug aren’t cut straight. I can’t hide the bad sides with furniture as it is sitting in the entryway by my door when you come in the house. Very frustrating and surprised it passed inspection.

Looks Good, But Stinks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug looks good, but has a strong glue smell to it. It still hasn’t aired out and it has been more than a week. It also has zero grip or slide protection on the back. For the price you would think it would automatically have that. I think ALL rugs should come standard with slide protection. It is super thin, but that’s what I wanted. I definitely don’t think it’s worth the price on this one though.

Slides all over

My hope was this would stay put. Instead it slides all over. I had to replace it for safety reasons.

Runners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the pattern and feel of the rugs. They are made well and are beautiful. We have had them down for over a week and still have some rolling and creasing as they were rolled very tightly for shipping. If not for that, we would have given these rugs and Rugs USA five stars.

Exactly what I wanted
