Perfect with a rug pad

Only downside is that it is very slippery and will not stay in place without a rug pad (and that increases the height, a problem for some doors)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my rug for a few days now and am extremely happy with it. The color is perfect, the size is huge and I can't believe what a great price I was able to get given similar rugs I had looked at. No shedding and soft on the feet. I did have a rug pad I was able to put underneath it which helped a lot. I definitely recommend this rug and am considering another color for another room in the house.

Looks more expensive than it is.

Very nice looking combo of materials, heavy texture, looks more expensive than it is. The navy is a beautiful shade. I had a party and someone asked afterwards where I got it!

Strong smell/stretches easily

Rug has a moldy smell. 2.5 months later, the rug still smells. The rug has also stretched and does not stay flat- moves when walking on.

Really wanted to love it, but it smelled TERRIBLE

Unfortunately, we didn't keep the rug. It arrived with a hole on the bag and it smelled soooo bad of mildew. We tried to air it out, but the whole house smelled like it. It was not a smell that would go away ever, so we decided to return it. Thankfully, the RUGUSA customer service was great and refunded us. They told us we could keep or donate the rug, but, sadly, there was no better place for it than the trash :(. I wanted to love it so bad, but I should have read the other 1 star reviews.

This rug is perfect in my son's room. It brings in one of his favorite colors without overpowering the space. It's softer than I expected from a Jute-blend rug.
