Not soft
I’ve a lot of inexpensive rugs over the years. I am always happy with them and find them soft even for a cheaper price. This rug, however is very thin and not soft at all. It also does not lay down properly and somehow became warped within days. Definitely disappointed in this one.

Cheaply made, did not lay flat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backing on this rug never laid flat, despite all of my efforts to flatten it out. It arrived tightly rolled as expected but the backing of the actual rug is so thin and cheaply made that it doesn’t even adhere to the rug pad I also purchased. It’s bubbled up all over. Will be returning.

Not what I expected
Color are not as bold as depicted in picture. The carpet is very muted.

Hall runner rug
Bought two runners for a hallway. Pretty design but they were shipped in a tight roll and after nearly three weeks will not lie flat, wavy the whole 20 feet.

Too Stiff
This rug was pretty but it was very stiff and not very soft under my feet. It was for our nursery and I couldn't imagine my baby crawling and playing on such a stiff rug.

Great rug
A great rug for the price. The color is a little lighter grey In person and it takes a bit to get the larger rugs to lay flat.
