Good product, undesirable shipping
The rug looks great and has held up for the week or two we’ve had it. I would say it was a little disappointing that the rug was shipped and arrived a week before the pad did. I was never told that they were coming separately either

Quality has gone Downhill
First the color is delightful. However, more importantly, I purposely purchased this rug because of the high quality. I have the last runners and a 9x12...same pattern, by Nuloom, etc.. As with another reviewer who provided photos, the new rug is MUCH more cheaply made and certainly not the quality or density I was expecting!!! Shame on you and shame on me for not noticing the difference in the backing. Again, rug is much thinner and more cheaply made. I've been saving to purchase another ...
