What Customers Are Saying
The catch basin product received mixed reviews. Many customers found it easy to install and effective at draining water, describing it as a well-designed solution. However, a significant number reported issues with leakage, particularly around the connections and fittings, requiring additional parts and sealants. Some felt the product was overpriced for the quality. Despite these concerns, many customers were still satisfied with the product's functionality, especially when used with other drainage components. The overall consensus is that the catch basin is functional but could benefit from improved quality and design to better prevent leaks.
