Worked like a champ

This product was an absolute nightmare. It left all of it's little hairs ALL OVER my freshly stained deck. It's in the stain and it seems there is no way to get it out now. The sponge also got pretty crumbly. I would 100% choose a hand brush and hours on my hands and knees opposed to using this trash product again. I'm disappointed that the employee at Lowe's recommended it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don’t buy!!!

This product is terrible. It says you can do decks with it but the fuzzies from this will go everywhere in your stain. So now my porch has lots of fuzzies stained on the surface. I tried to sand them off but they don’t come off. This thing is the worst thing I spent money on. Junk!!!!!!!

Pad for applying sealer

The fibers on the pad came off a lot into the sealer we applied. It was trash after using it for several hours.

It didn’t do enough and too long for the paint tray. It leaves little bristles on the wood.

Crumbly.

I would only recommend this applicator for very, very smooth wood. By the end of my deck and dock staining fiasco I was picking crumbled up pieces of foam and hair fiber out of the stain. this applicator definitely made my job harder, if I ever have to do this again I will use a foam roller and stain brush. The one bright spot of this applicator was I didn't have any streaks as long as I did the entire length of the wood in one shot. If you don't go all the way from edge to edge with the stain, ...

Excellent deck staining pad

Made application of deck stain much easier and the front edge pad made painting between deck boards much easier.

Good idea poor construction

The idea is good and spreading was easy but 1/2 way done the job the top part stopped stocking and then late the bottom as well

Horrible product

This stain pad sheds terribly. I painted 3 feet of my deck and stopped after noticing what looked like hair mixed in with the new stain on the wood. Returned to my local Lowe’s without issues. Do not recommend.
