Dealing with this order has been horrible, still not settled, Lowe's dropped the ball each opportunity and still waiting for it to be settled!

Don't fall for the free assembly

I could've purchased this same unit from another vendor and gotten it sooner. I waited for Lowe's because of the free assembly. It came in its original box. What a disappointment.

Lowes assembled this and it was delivered and ready to start using. The window to preview food without opening is genius and the searing plate is perfect.

Pretty propane-only grill

It’s a very nice looking grill with useful features. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that 1) I didn’t realize it’s propane only and 2) the cabinets underneath don’t open as smoothly as they could, perhaps because the sheet metal from which they are constructed is thinner than it should be. I also wish that it was a set of drawers, but that’s OK.

Monument makes an excellent grill, well designed,

I was able to assemble this well packaged Monument grill using only Philips head screwdriver.The manual combined with the video Monument provides on their website was easy to follow, the grill looked great and works perfectly. I enjoyed cooking a steak tonight using a smoker box, the temperature was steady and even.

can't Review what you can't use

this was supposedly delivered today but thanks to the scholars that Lowes out source their deliveries they took it to the wrong house. I tried to give them the correct address on my but it was too late since they only have a 15 minute window to so it does not impede their schedule route. long story short Lowes ask me to cancel the order and reorder again instead of correcting the address they screwed up.

Just purchased this grill from Lowe's. It was delivered two days ago. It is a beautiful grill. I can't wait to use it.

nice- but....

if i new was not going to check the grill before it went out the door for delivery, would have been better, delivery people just dropped it off and left. don't know if will buy again.

product not checked before it leaves

when was delivered, it was not checked to see if it worked, bad on someone's part, now have to send back since can't get it to work. Don't know if i well get another one since its never checked.
