Worked like a charm to hide wiring from theater system. Had a header with some ducting and insulation that made going through the wall impractical. A miter saw helped to get the cuts to make this look clean at corners, but worked great otherwise.

Would RecommendNot much to say about a plastic/poly u-channel with a snap on cover. Either it works or it doesn't. This one does. Easy to cut to length with a hack saw. I didn't employ the adhesive strip in my application but can see no reason it would not work fine.
