Great disposer

Plumbing connections are industry standard, so it fit easily into a replacement position. This is the only disposer that comes with a power cord prewired in, so all I had to do was to plug the disposer into a switched outlet. It's not that hardwiring is complicated, but it sure is inconvenient to do in a lower cabinet! Best part is that I never knew that a disposer could run so quietly! I've seen a lot of brands over the years, but this one is definitely the quietest!

Easy to install and quiet

I ordered the Moen lite series 1/3 and it was easy to install and use.

Quiet Efficiency

We had this disposal added into the building plan for our new home and it has been perfect for our needs.

Good quiet replacement

My home warranty wanted to replace my disposal with a cheap model. I am glad I upgraded to a Moen. Reliable brand and runs pretty quiet.

noisy garbage disposal

We moved in about six weeks go, garbage disposal is rather noisy

I just installed this and its a lot more quieter than my last one! Very satisfied so far. Although I don't put food down it because of being on a septic It serves its purpose for the fine stuff that get caught in the sink!

Great disposal unit

This unit was installed in the new home I purchased. So far it has been working great; my only disappointment is that there was no cap (stopper) or unjamming wrench. For now, excellent unit.

This came new with our home and it has broken down 2x in the 2 years that we have had it.

Loud disposal

Our disposal (1/3 hp) is in a newly built home and was selected and installed by the builder. It is not only very loud, it takes longer to grind up the food than other disposals I have used. After a month's use it is somewhat less noisy. I am hoping it will improve with use.

new home

This disposer is installed in a new home we purchased so have turned it on 2 times so far, but if Moen want's a review that's what it's based on. Come back in 6 or more months and it may be better after we get a chance to use it. I guess that is pretty much the case for everyone who registers a NEW appliance. Like the waitress/waiter asking you how the food is 2 minutes after it's set on the table. Anyway ... one big suggestion is to put the model and serial number sticker somewhere beside...

Does an excellent job

I moved to my new home that has this garbage disposal installed it has been a year and works pretty good.

easy to install

I bought this today and it works great. Installed it less than 30 min. . Would have been sooner if I didn't have to take out the old one first. Comes with a 3 year warranty.
