What Customers Are Saying
The curved shower curtain rod is easy to install and provides more space in the shower. Customers found the rod to be sturdy and well-made, with a quality finish that complements their bathroom decor. However, some experienced issues with the ends not sitting flush against the wall or the curtain hooks catching on the center connector. A small number also reported the rod becoming loose or falling down over time. Overall, the product is a good quality option for those looking to upgrade their shower setup.

Would Not RecommendWhere the 2 different size rodes slide into each othet there is no bushing to fill up the gap and because of that the shower curtain rings catch on it. Surprised meon would let that slip by.
Shoddy end caps
Would Not RecommendEnd caps don't click on. Collar with set screws are stripped and not seated. Tensioner is a pain, but easier with two people. Returning for a different brand. Left with scraped walls to repaint....

Nice but have issue with
Would RecommendThis is my second unit as the first one worked great But this second set had problems with. Maybe its cuz the tub walls are glossy tile & makes it difficult to get a tight grip with the plastic sprocket wheel that provides the tension to keep in place. What happens is the unit flops over so the curve is facing down rather than out. Have redone it several times hopefully third time is the charm! I dont think the unit is faulty but be aware that if you have glossy tile walls you may experience s...
Better built than rival "tension mount" shower bar
Would RecommendI was forced to buy a new tension mount shower bar, because the Glacier Bay one we had completely gave out after only three years of use in a two-person household. I can immediately see that this Moen bar is better built. Where the rival shower bar relies only on a spring inside the tube, this has a spring, a metal peg that slides to fit the correct hole, and a nice threaded expansion nut so you can really stiffen the tension on the bar. Very easy to install; much more solid than our previous mo...

Good but mine had a problem
Would RecommendI have one of these in my downstairs bathroom and it was easy to install. This latest one was a lot harder to get in place and I can’t get one of the end caps to clip into place no matter how I tried. It will still get the job done, just a little annoying.

Saggy
Would Not RecommendI didn't want to put holes in the wall and was most comfortable with a tension shower curtain rod. The rod looks nice and seems solid, until you put it up. Getting enough tension is impossible, we tried everything from hands to a wrench to get the bolt tight enough. The rod starts to sag as soon as you put the shower curtain hooks on it. It also left black marks all any where the ends touched a wall. Those at least came off with some cleaning. I have a second one of these coming in the mail and ...

Disappointing Details
Would Not RecommendMy straight Moen shower rod fell off the wall this week after 10 years. I needed another in brushed nickel and was only able to find the curved Moen one. Installation was easy but I do not like seeing the holes and buttons underneath. The second thing - I did not buy the magnetic style and the design has beefed up the side holders . The hooks are about 3 inches off the wall which causes a gap between curtain and wall.

Difficult to get ends to snap on!
Would RecommendI purchased this curved tension rod and installed it yesterday. It was time consuming and somewhat frustrating because I was unable to get the ends to snap on. After numerous attempts, I finally gave up. With the cap pushed against the wall, the ends appear to be snapped on, but they are not. Luckily, there is a lip on the tile that will hold the bar in place so I do not believe it will be able to slide down as some folks have stated. It's a beautiful rod but the design could stand to be improv...

Beautiful shower rod
Would RecommendAfter three years and many frustrations with other tension-mount shower rods, I decided to give this one final try and opted for this beautiful curved shower rod since the shower I have in the guest bathroom is on the smaller side. It was really easy to install using the instructions provided. I ended up mounting it a little higher so my curtain doesn't skim the floor - at first, I tried to bring the rod down a little so the curtain grazed the floor, but the rod wouldn't budge from where it wa...
