Like the design but
Would Not RecommendLike the design but don’t like how the aerator restricts the water flow.

Nice design, sturdy, flow?
Would RecommendWe had to replace our previous Moen faucet due to age. The new one (which I purchased), looks and functions great. The only issue is that the flow rate is only 80% of what the old one had.

Would RecommendNice product, easy to install - you should have instructional install videos on your website or create a few for youtube by product type - it would have been 5 stars as anything out there was dated. There was some guess work on install, real pictures (a close up)vs. small drawings for key instructions (i.e. snap in for sprayer).would have been a nice addition. I am not a true "do it yourself" type - I survived the process.

Has been in use since 2014.
Would RecommendAfter 10 years I will replace the cartridge due to a small leak. Moen is sending the proper new cartridge (P/N 1255) to me at no charge under the Lifetime Guarantee. Thank you Moen.

Side Sprayer
Would Not RecommendThe side sprayer is now sticking on after only 4 months of use....very disappointing and extremely inconvenient. This should never happened at 4 years of use much less 4 months.

will not last
Would Not RecommendMy last faucet was 15 yrs old still worked but was getting kind of stiff in the movement so I decided to go ahead and replace I was shocked at the cost cutting measures being used now such as plastics. I will be amazed if this one lasts for 3years thats why I registered the warranty.
