Installed a new Moen Kitchen Faucet the past week. Works great. Looks great. Swivel is superior the other brand. I am a commercial apt. builder, and am aware of the differences. More often than not - paying a little more, for much better quality is smart.

Stunned at the lack in quality!
Would Not RecommendMy previous Moen kitchen faucet was in my house, when I bought it, and lasted another 15 years. This one I just purchased 5 months ago. THE SIDE SPRAYER BROKE! I can NOT FREAKING believe this. And apparently, now that I'm reading reviews, this is common. I am beYOND appalled. I have a terrible back and will have to HIRE A PLUMBER TO COME OUT AND REPLACE THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE. When I called customer service, I was so ridiculously polite because I know getting angry doesn't get you anywhere...
Sink fixed
Would RecommendI like this item very much. I choose it myself without asking my wife but she approved. It was a 20 minute installation.

Loving my new faucet
Would RecommendJust installed my new faucet and it’s beautiful! The clearance is higher than the old one, but not too high that it splashes water out of the bowl.
