Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its sleek, modern design and reliable performance. Most highlight the beautiful finish, intuitive pull-down sprayer with smooth stream and spray modes, and convenient touchless functionality. Installation is consistently described as straightforward and DIY-friendly with clear instructions. Users report strong water flow, precise temperature control, and responsive operation that exceeds their previous models. A small number mention occasional dripping after shut-off or minor flow concerns, but these issues are far outweighed by positive experiences. Over all this is a great product. I'm a 42 year old female and was able to hook this up myself. The fact that it only takes one bolt and the tool was provided was fantastic. The only negative was there were no instructions in the box, but lucky enough it was super easy to put together. I am beyond satisfied. The water flow also seems to be pretty good. The hot water line was labeled. That was another plus. It just fits perfectly and looks amazing.
My wife just loves it.

Nicked after one week
Would RecommendWe installed this last week and it already got a nick on the side of the pull down faucet head. Apparently it’s not coated well.

Great upgrade for your kitchen sink!
Construction is solid, nice all metal design, lifetime warranty kitchen faucet. Strong retention magnet for the spray head and strong spray of water. Quite a bit higher spray pressure than the faucet it replaced. There is even a temporary pause flow button that I really like. Easy installation with clear instructions. The only issues I see are first you will need 3/8 inch FIP fittings to connect to, there are no PEX adapters in the box. Second (why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars) you have to use...
