Great faucet

Every faucet in my home is a moen so I replaced the kitchen sink with another one. The one was replaced because we but in new sink so had to have new faucet. Other one worked we after eight years

Great way to get yourself and counter wet

I hate this faucet. Its hard to admit when you make a mistake but buying this faucet definitely was. The look is nice. Spot Resist Stainless finish is nice. The problem is the spray function. Its great if you want to get the sink, counter, yourself and the floor wet. Almost impossible to not get the counter wet with this sprayer. Advertised as using 50% less water but I hate it. Do not recommend.

Pause function is useless

Before I bought this I thought I read that the pause function did not require you to actually hold the pause button. Once I set a water temperature while washing dishes I thought the pause function could be used to stop flow for a short while and then unpause/restart without having to tweak the temperature again! Stopped working after 2 years

I bought this in December 2019 and it worked great the first year. Then, this year, I realized that the faucet was turning on when my dishwasher was running, though the two aren't connected--I found this out when I received a warning letter from the city for excessive water use. I had to take a battery out each time I ran the dishwasher to prevent this. Then, on Saturday, the water went on and wouldn't go off, even after removing the battery. My contractor thinks the ball joint isn't working...

what a disappointment -buyer beware

I have had this now for 3 months, professionally installed. When it works its decent. In 3 months I have had to replace the batteries 4 times. Paid a fortune for this faucet in my new kitchen reno and it will spontaneously stop working. I read the instructions - you see a flashing yellow light - yes and then it instantly stops working. I have to remove everything from under my sink climb down there and install MORE new batteries. What an ENORMOUS disappointment!

Straight out of the box the ball joint leaks.

We found that when we turned on the water that the water control valve was dripping water. This is straight out of the box. It seems moen's quality control is lacking. This makes me wonder how long the other 3 new faucets will hold up.

The wand doesn't divert from spray to stream

The kitchen faucet looks nice. However after a year of using it, the wand doesn't divert from spray to stream. The button seems broken.

Great new look in my old kitchen!

It was bought and installed as a surprise gift from my boyfriend. He has great taste! So far I love all the features! Especially the feature of dish soap container! I can now have a neater counter top without having my dish detergent out all the time!
