Ratings & Reviews for Moen Essie Matte Black Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate) (Includes Soap Dispenser)

Easy to install

I set aside a couple of hours for this replacement project. Only took 20 minutes.

Great facet.

Love the different spray settings, the pull down head is great for multiple use. Live the stainless steel look.

Awesome faucet just what I wanted

I purchased to replace a faucet original to the house in 1973. Original started to leak. I knew moen had a great reputation, went to website, compared a few models and chose this one. Very happy with it.

I love this faucet!

I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend this much on a faucet but I’m sure glad I did! It just makes working in the kitchen ( cleaning and cooking) so much easier that I will never buy anything else! I highly recommend it.

Great product and excellent customer service!

I buy Moen faucets because the product is stylish and they offer lifetime warranty.

Nice product

Good quality good price easy installation good instructions

Delivered Damaged in the Box

The head was chipped when I took it out of the box.

Great product. Great company

We originally bought this faucet in 2019. Just recently it developed a leak. I contacted Moen and they promptly offered a replacement faucet at no cost. We received it a couple of days later and installed it. We could not be happier. Sometimes things happen with products. The way a company responds and stands behind their products is what matters. Moen stands out in this regard.

Replacement

Bought and installed a month ago to replace previous fixture

Faucet is great, soap dispenser is junk

I like the faucet itself, so far. I am a bit anxious to see how it stands the test of time, though, because only 2 months after installation, the bottle attached to the soap dispenser snapped right off. It wasn't even when I was trying to take it off or put it on, just in the middle of a regular pump of soap. Bummer.

In the kitchen

Only had it 1 day so as of right now great looking, easy install, nice functionality

Very nice upgrade

Love new black pull down faucet fir double kitchen sink. It looks awesome against granite countertop that has black, grey and ivory coloring. Faucet was very easy to install too. We had a high arc Moen faucet but we really wanted a pull down version like we added to laundry room sink last year - also a Moen. Needless to say we are Moen fans and eager to get two more Moen faucets for bathroom updates coming this year.

Like the pull down Sprayer and the soap dispenser

Had this model at our other house and just had to get one for our new house.

Good features, poor 3-hole install option

I bought this faucet to replace a lower, underperforming one so we could have more space to wash larger pots and pans. The features are great, just what we were looking for. The installation is so-so. Our sink has three holes; this item provides a cover and gasket to accommodate that, except that there are no installation shanks for the unused holes. As a result, the installation relies solely on the actual water line shank, making it unsteady. Every time we turn the faucet on/off or move t...

Bought to replace the disastrous Moen touchless

We bought a Moen Birchfield touchless faucet and had a plumber professionally install it. Looked great, but it’s a poorly engineered, complicated disaster. Had to crawl under the sink to pull and reset the data and power cables and recalibrate about every fourth use, because the water wouldn’t stop running. Bought this straightforward Moen Essie without any touchless features. Just a well built basic kitchen faucet. Had to have the plumber out to remove the Birchfield and replace it with the Es...

Easy installation

Installed the faucet today with ease. Nice features.

Great features

Installed a few weeks ago love it very pleased looks nice

Not a very secure mounting.

Just finished installing. I don't know if it's the nut tightening tool or just bad design, but putting a one hole faucet over a 3 hole sink left me with gaps under the cover plate. I had to use plumbers putty to prevent leaks and the faucet itself wobbles back and forth as if the nut isn't tight enough, even though I cranked on it as far as it would go. I'm going to borrow a faucet wrench to see if it improves any, but that doesn't change the problem.

Replacement for my faucet that was failing.

I bought this since it was the closest to the one I had. Moen has a lifetime warranty and they replaced it free. It was just put in, looks lovely and appears to work well. I am very happy with my replacement choice.

Moen faucet

We bought few weeks ago and we love everything about this fancy faucet
