What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this shower faucet for its quality, durability, and sleek design. Most highlight solid construction, brushed nickel finish, and spot-resistant coating that matches bathroom fixtures well. Many emphasize straightforward installation with all components included, even for DIY projects. The valve's reliable performance and long-lasting reputation drive high satisfaction. A small group reports functional issues like leaks, wobbly handles, or temperature regulation problems, though these represent a minority. Overall, most customers consider it a worthwhile investment.

Drain problems
Would Not RecommendThe pop up drain is nice, but it seems that ours (which is only 2 years old) doesn't want to hold water in our bathtub. It makes a vibrating sound and we're constantly having to adjust it and fix it. Looking into a replacement.
