Defective shower head arm
Overall the valve body and faucet handle / escutcheon are of decent quality. The shower head and arm are a different story. I spent probably half a day trying to get it to not leak - both on the supply side connection in the wall, and on the shower head side. I had to constantly install and remove, varying the amount of PTFE tape on the threads and trying to fight the right amount of torque to tighten the connections. We just installed the faucet. It looks good however it has not been put into use yet. I am still remodeling the shower.

Excellent showerhead faucet
I would recommend anyone purchase this showerhead faucet! It is well worth the money! The stream of water is very strong! I love it.

plumber was at my house to install and the valve was missing out of the box. Will have to make an hour trip to return it and replace it and the pay for the plumber to come back out again. Not happy.
