What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dual-head shower system for its luxurious spa-like feel, powerful water pressure, and effortless installation. Most highlight the magnetic handheld wand, versatile spray settings including rainforest mode, and intuitive controls that require no professional help. Many commend the sturdy steel construction and modern design that looks more expensive than priced. The quick 10-minute setup and smooth switching between mist and stream options enhance daily use significantly. A few report water pressure concerns or minor leaks, but these are vastly outweighed by strong satisfaction across the majority of reviews.

Don’t like the magnetic sprayer
Would Not RecommendDesign is dumb. To turn on the spray handle you have to turn a knob up high. My previous handheld sprayer came on when you detached it. Much better design. Not simple but it up and I’m keeping it. Expensive for what it is.

Stream or mist
Would Not RecommendJust installed in our new build. The shower head is ok, but there are two settings, regular stream and mist. There is no in between. The water pressure is ok, but it seems like we are missing something from what other reviews are saying.

Would Not RecommendThe friction lock on the main shower head works for the first month then gradually fails, this is not something you can adjust. After 2 months the main shower head doesn’t stay in place and just falls down. This thing is such scam garbage!

Easy to install
Would RecommendI like the variety of settings for both shower heads. The magnetic connecting makes it very easy to remove and replace the hand held part. Water remains in the handheld line between uses which means the water will be cold for the first couple of seconds when you change from the wall mount to the handheld.
