What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dual-head shower system for its luxurious spa-like feel, powerful water pressure, and effortless installation. Most highlight the magnetic handheld wand, versatile spray settings including rainforest mode, and intuitive controls that require no professional help. Many commend the sturdy steel construction and modern design that looks more expensive than priced. The quick 10-minute setup and smooth switching between mist and stream options enhance daily use significantly. A few report water pressure concerns or minor leaks, but these are vastly outweighed by strong satisfaction across the majority of reviews.

Great shower performance

Nice item
Would RecommendWondering features with the detached piece that has multiple shower settings. The main shower head is clean looking and water drips down smoothly. You may need the matching color Moen pipe and flange that comes out of the wall if you want to match colors or for compatibility.

Infinity Shower Head
Would RecommendLove the infinity shower head! My wife and I use different settings and it stirs us both!

Highly recommend
Remodeled our master bath and purchased this shower head to complete the look. The removeable head changes the spray and allows for easier cleaning of the shower doors and walls.

Wife loves it
Would RecommendNine minute to swap out old shower head with this one. My 5'3" wife could not reach the lever to switch to the wand. So, I zip-tied a small chain to the lever.

Excellent
Would RecommendBoth rain shower and handheld wand provide for a great shower. The only hiccup is that my wife is 5'3" and cannot reach the lever that switches between wand and shower head. I ordered a 16" reach hook that should help her.

Drips from everywhere
Would Not RecommendThe larger end of the connection will drip. The handle drips as well. If your shower arm (AKA the pipe) is weak and old, you'll probably snap it off while trying to stop this thing from dripping. That's what happened to me. $250 + parts for plumber and it still drips. Being one of the highest priced shower heads, it should not need to tightened so hard and still drip.
Great features
Would RecommendI brought this product to remodel my bathroom
