Multiple plastic inside parts broken
When installing the unit, the plumber indicated a leak. The plastic gasket was broken inside. In addition the squarish plastic part inside the diverter was split and fell apart.

Looks great

The color doesnt completely matches the image but it still looks great either way. Installation was simple and quick. It works as expected and get good amount of water coming out.

Love It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that you have the shower head and you have the smaller one you can take off and use. You can move the handle and have a mist to normal spray. You can use the regular shower head and that removable one at the same time. It is very well made and easy to install.

Love this shower head.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Verso shower head in gold. We love to beable to switch from the rain shower head to the detachable shower head. The holes for the shower head is really long witch is good for the kids when bathing. The color is beautiful and it looks amazing in our new shower.

Great combo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this was to install and that it has a magnet to help hold the detachable shower head in place when I’m not using it. The only thing I would change about it would be to make the shower head fully metal instead of having some parts be plastic and made to look like metal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shower in my mom’s bathroom had an adjustable shower head that she did not like because the spray was too hard and couldn’t be adjusted soft enough. This one definitely did the trick. It can be adjusted so soft it’s almost like a heavy mist. The controls to switch the water between the round head and the handheld head are very easy to use. I'm 5'3 and have trouble reaching up to the sprayers but with this one I can give it a little tug and it comes down, it's also super easy to get it back in place and it is so secure that you can hit the tub walls and it never falls off.
