I had to return my fireplace and am waiting on a credit to my account. The item was too small for my space and I decided to go with gas logs instead. They picked it up 2 weeks ago but so far no refund yet They did send me the return label when I requested so I am hopeful this will be resolved as it should

I looked all over to find exactly what I wanted. This was what I found. The fireplace is exactly what I expected but… It took me about 4 hours to figure out how to get the fireplace in pairing mode. There is no help anywhere and calling the support number was a waste of time. She was a very nice lady but had no idea what I was talking about and the only advice was uninstall the app and try again. Maybe for some people this advice might work if it had anything to do with the app. I already have ...

It worked as described but I didn't like how the heating element stayed orange. My husband said it reminded him of a toaster oven :/ I ended up returning. Also flames aren't very realistic
