Perfect All Around Smaller Knife

My precious!

Great prep knife, tons of uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Miyabi knife, added this nice prep knife to go with my 8” chef. It has a nice weight, very sharp and easy to make fast precise cuts to vegetables.

Best knife

Amazing quality and even better sharpness

Amazing purchase

Sharp and beautiful

Super light, you get what you pay for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blade is light and thin, good for small cuts/foods. The handle is very ergonomic and feels substantial for its size/slim shape. A little bit pricey, but worth splurging for a great prep knife imo. Would recommend.

Simply a good knife

Solid little knife
