Best Knife Ever!!!!

The knife of a lifetime

Great knife!

It is amazing, very sharp. I love the Japanese steel at 12.5° angle. My knife had a tiny bend at the tip, aside from that it is perfect, that small defect is not enough to change my 5 star.

Sharpest knife I have ever used in the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cosmetically the knife was not evenly polished on both sides. I would except more from this high end of a knife. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. It was sharpened evenly.

Very sharp, but fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion the sharpening angle is too narrow for such a hard blade. Even gentle use on our hardwood cutting board was enough to cause tiny chips. I plan to have the snow professionally sharpened to a more reasonable angle.
