The Most Important Tools in my Kitchen

For chefs who take care of their tools and appreciate them, it's worth the price. I looked around to upgrade from my Wusthof set for many years and I made the right choice. They are beautiful!

Great knife set!

A little pricey for what they can do, but assume you are paying for the name and aesthetic. Truly a beautiful set of knives! P.S. - Knife block has some serious length to it, keep in mind when placing on your counter.

Great, sharp knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are beautiful, hefty, super sharp, and a delight to use. They do require care, being washed up by hand immediately after use and lightly oiled. I use BoosBlock Board Cream with beeswax and mineral oil.
