This is sharp

Beautiful knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second miyabi artisan knife they are just so good to look at. The weight is just right, blade is very sharp it slices smoothly. I can get away with using only this prep knife for everything I make for my child. Husband likes the larger santoku knife. But with my medium size hands and a lot of cutting to do, a smaller knife is perfect.

Beauty is a beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Artisan handles are well proportioned for medium to large size hands. SG2 stainless is a premium steel. Super sharp and much more chip resistant than shun.

Wonderful Prep Knife

It has performed beautifully at every task I throw at it. Well balanced, ergonomic, light, and incredibly sharp. I will be purchasing more miyabi products in the future.

Amazing knife
