What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this wood filler for exceptional color matching, ease of application, and quick drying. Most highlight how seamlessly it blends with stained wood surfaces like oak and walnut, becoming nearly invisible after sanding. Reviewers consistently note it applies easily, sands smoothly, and dries within minutes, making repairs to nail holes and cracks effortless. The squeeze tube design offers convenient control. A few report shrinkage or cap sealing issues, but the vast majority find it reliable and effective for everyday wood repairs.

Disappointed - it shrinks
Would Not RecommendI typically love Minwax products - and have used their stains, fillers, topcoats, and more over many years. This white wood filler, however, shrinks when applied requiring multiple coats - I've never had another Minwax filler product do this - usually its one coat, lightly sand, and finish the project. I was using this on white trim and thought that using white filler would save time as it wouldn't require as many coats to hide - but this product performed very poorly.
Delivery and pickup are the worst
Lowes pick-up and delivery options are a joke. Order a ring camera in the morning… lucky to get a message the next day to pick-up. Order something delivered???? Good luck may never arrive, however, instead of shipping a new one, they offer refund and then you have to order again and pray for the best. That stupid automated system is the worst. Please do not use delivery or pickup options they are horrendous.
Minwax Color-Matched 6 oz. Cherry Wood Filler
Would RecommendI was not given the Minwax Color-Matched 6 oz. Cherry Wood Filler when I picked up the Polyurethane. Refer to the delivery receipt. Only the Polyurethane was delivered.
It's more liquid than thick.
Would RecommendI expected it to be more paste-y but it did the job.
