Would Not RecommendI purchased this product as a replacement for a 20-year-old fridge in my garage. This one indicated it was garage-ready. Delivery and installation were seamless, and shortly after we plugged it in, the freezer temperature spiked to 50°F for 30 minutes. This repeated at least once a day, after which we called Midea, and they had a tech come out and replace the control board. The problem continued, and when they came out the second time, the tech was told that this was normal due to the warm ambie...
Too early to tell RE: the performance of the unit but wanted to comment on my delivery and install experience. The delivery guys phoned me when they were on their way, showed up on-time and did an incredible job! Every detail was covered, measurements...which door to come through...recommendations on which way doors should open. etc etc. Has to be one of the best delivery experiences I've had over the years.

Would Not RecommendWe live in south Kansas, this will not keep anything except non-perishable drinks safe in hot weather. We called in in the warranty, at 1st they said it wasn’t garage rated. We said that’s interesting I’m holding the owners manual saying it is. They then agreed to send a repairman out who said after inspecting it (paraphrased), it’s specs out , it’s doing all it can do. Why did you buy a cheap refrigerator? Lesson learned. don’t buy it unless you’re wanting a small indoor fridge.
