The refrigerators that I purchased were nice and were delivered promptly and set up by the delivery drivers. The problem with Lowe's is they have ai answering the phone and when you call it will not allow you to talk to anyone. You can say words such as manager, customer service, live agent, all kinds of things and it will not transfer you. Would RecommendGreat value, seamless delivery. Very good freezer space and refrigerator space in this garage/basement fridge.
No Separate Freezer/Refrig. Controls
Would Not RecommendThere are NO separate controls for the freezer and refrig. parts of the unit. As a consequence I've got a unit that defaults to a way-to-cold freezer and a frig. that is degrees to warm for food storage. Also, the one adjustment in the frig does not make incremental steps in temp, only large steps that exacerbate the problem.
Fast and easy
Would RecommendThis was a great transaction , they were fast quick and efficient. They communicated they whole way and you got to see where they actually were throughout the delivery process so you know when to take your food out , my freezer still worked so this was a great thing to see. The delivery guys were very nice they worked fast and everything came out great! Thank you
