Refrigerator looks good does not stay cold
Would Not RecommendThings in my refrigerator are molding that should not be molding. Some of my items in my freezer are not even frozen. I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work so I would not recommend this refrigerator to anybody.

Would RecommendThis is a replacement for the first one we purchased. The first one just didn't work correctly and Lowe's was great in a no-hassle replacement! Kudos to Angie at Lowes! The refridgerator is just what we needed. Cools and freezes quickly and very well. We purchased white and it is definitely fingerprint resistant. It is garage rated which we believe will be better for energy. Very pleased with this refridgerator so far!

AI answering phones is horrible.....
The refrigerators that I purchased were nice and were delivered promptly and set up by the delivery drivers. The problem with Lowe's is they have ai answering the phone and when you call it will not allow you to talk to anyone. You can say words such as manager, customer service, live agent, all kinds of things and it will not transfer you.
